Viewing Billing Statement

To view your billing statement, do the following:

  • Click on the drop down box underneath Statements.
  • Select Billing.
  • Click on View.

Below is an example of what a billing statement might look like, point at the question marks to read more information about the particular entry.

The current balance is the amount still owing on the merchant's billing statement. This merchant has a $110 balance, as the payment by eCheck has been returned due to insufficient funds. Current Balance : $110.00

A "balance forward" is the balance amount previous to the earliest statement entry shown. For example, this balance forward would be from December. Currently, statement information goes back to July. Entries previous to July would account for any dollar amount in the balance forward. Balance Forward : $50.00
