Introduction
Pocket RTWare is a Web Clipping Application (WCA) that allows
a merchant to process credit cards wirelessly. With Pocket RTWare,
you can authorize credit cards, charge credit cards, and credit
funds back to cards without being bound to a traditional swipe
terminal or conventional Internet connection. Pocket RTWare
works in conjunction with your RTWare.net account to provide
a portable, wireless version of the same Virtual Terminal found
in your RTWare.net Merchant Menu. If you do not yet have an
RTWare.net account, please contact info@bankcardusa.com or call
800-589-8200 to find out about the many ways RTWare.net can
help you do business on the web.

Notes
- There
is no functionality in Pocket RTWare to run a one-time
test transaction. If you'd like to run test transactions
from Pocket RTWare, set your RTWare.net account
to Test Mode from your RTWare.net Merchant Menu.
- Pocket RTWare will send or not send emails in receipt
of transactions according to the corresponding settings
in your RTWare.net Merchant Menu.
- It
is up to the individual merchant to determine what information
is needed in a transaction to receive the most favorable
discount rate. For some merchants, sending address information
so that the AVS system can be employed is a requirement
for a qualified transaction; other merchants can get by
with filling in only the minimum required fields.
(For
more information on the notes above, please consult the RTWare.net
Merchant Menu User Guide at http://www.rtware.net/pockethelp.html)
